What Is Green Campus?

Green Campus is a multi-faced project that covers issues such as the environment, ecology and protection of the planet, continuity of resources, fairness in terms of intergenerational access to environmental resources, and children's right to education.

Green Campus is a movement that is encouraged and adopted within the boundaries of Ibn Haldun University Complex and states the issues in today's world, where the importance of maximizing the protection of nature and supporting sustainable resources is increasing day by day. Within the scope of the Green Campus mission, it is aimed to increase the sensitivity of our university administration, staff and students towards environmental issues and to raise awareness.

One of the main goals of the project is to raise awareness in the university, which is a high-level educational institution, and as a natural result of this, to create an awareness that can be effective and beneficial outside the university and to create a wide-scale sensitivity circle. In this direction, Ibn Haldun University has adopted the motto of producing and implementing on-campus projects and activities on issues such as zero waste, sustainable environmental management and the protection and management of exhaustible resources.
